We try to keep the fees to the minimum and feel you will agree that the Club offers great value for money.
For
Tadpoles the fees are collected at the end of the term ready for the next term (annual ASA membership fees are already incorporated
into these payments).
Tadpoles are collected earlier to allow swimmers already in the club to reserve their place
prior to new member applications being considered.
For all other members fees are payable PROMPTLY at
the beginning of each term.
It is essential that ALL members are registered with the ASA even if they
do not compete in galas. The registration provides insurance for both the member and the club and also allows swimmers to
swim in all types of competitions.
ASA Membership fees are collect as part of the Autumn term payments.
SQUAD MEMBERS ASA FEES:
8 YEARS & UNDER £15.00
9 YEARS &
OVER £35.00
MASTERS ASA FEES:
£15.00
The
make up of the Swimmers fees are discussed at the AGM each year and any increases are advised to members. If you need
a further explanation regarding the fees please speak to our Treasurer who will be happy help.
The fee structure
from 1st January 2012 is:
TADPOLES:
£5 per session (£65.00 for
a 13 week term)
DOLPHINS:
£85 per term.
SHARKS:
£100
per term.
JUNIORS:
£120 per term.
INTERMEDIATES:
£120 per term
SENIORS:
£120 per term
MASTERS:
£55.00
per term.
Dolphins, Sharks, Junior and Senior Swimmers can attend as many of the sessions allocated
to their group as they wish with the agreement of the training coach and also providing there is sufficient space.
Refunds are made for Tadpoles at the same rate as paid should there be a pool closure, if no alternative is offered
by the Club. No refund will be made for lessons missed which are not the fault of the Club.
Refunds
are not made for Dolphin, Sharks, Junior and Senior Groups as the fees are based on being able to swim at any of the
appropriate sessions, space allowing. Should a pool be closed an alternative session may be attended during this period.
The fees are also kept to an absolute minimum and not calculated in the same manner as Tadpoles.
We
will also arrange reduced fees for the following:
- Third swimmer in a family who are all in the squad groups (does
not include Tadpoles and Masters)
- Long term illness/injury. Please speak with the Membership Secretary should
you feel any of these may be applicable.
