Cheshunt SC squad information

Information on our various squads and how they are structured can be found here.

Tadpoles

These are our lesson based groups ranging from non-swimmers to those who are capable of swimming one length with a reasonable understanding of the basic strokes. Tadpole lessons are 1/2 hour in duration and are held Monday to Friday evenings and Saturday mornings.

Frogs

These lessons are for swimmers to improve on stroke technique, as well as increasing stamina by adjusting to swimming lengths.  If swimmers wish they can progress from here into the initial stage of squad training.  Frog lessons are 1/2 hour in duration and held on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday evenings.

Dolphins

This is the initial stage of the squad groups. Sessions are 40 minutes in duration and held 3 times a week.

Sharks

Shark sessions are approximately 1 hour in duration and held 5 times a week.
