Last weekend saw Cheshunt in action again at the Ponds Forge Pool in Sheffield. Claire Massey was in action in the National Masters Competition. Her first event was the 50m Butterfly where she continued her progress by swimming a lifetime’s best of 31.81. This also placed her 7th overall in her age group. Next was the 100m backstroke where she went out well turning in 34.62 at the 50m mark. An excellent 2nd 50m saw her touch in 1:12.02 another lifetime best getting her 5th place overall. Her final event was the 50m backstroke which saw her record another good time of 32.77 and one place gaining 5th place overall.
